She has been a full-time realtor and investor ever since. Emily has taken over 150 Continuing Education hours over and above the state requirements, to hone her skill set. Some of the additional qualifications Emily possesses are Certifications and Designations from various Real Estate institutes including REBI, NAR, RREC, and Florida Realtors. These accolades include, but are not limited to, Certified Military Relocation Professional, Certified Real Estate Negotiation Specialist, Designated Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and Designated Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist. She is also currently working on her Florida Brokers License.
